Then he also had to clear it from the clean out to the house. Brian took the time to put a camera down into the pipe and found the main source of the blockage. Unfortunately, I faced another emergency leak repair recently. No one enjoys these situations, but I always have trust and confidence when I call Cardinal. They’ve never disappointed, and today’s experience was just as exceptional.

“Had a great experience with Jhony from Cardinal. Our heat pump had been out for four days while waiting on another unresponsive local business to order parts. After 5 calls for an update, I had not received a single callback.

I called Cardinal, who sent Jhony out same-day. He identified the problem, had the required parts in his truck, and had our heat operational within an hour. He then stayed an additional hour to thoroughly test our system inside and out, including all electrical components and connections involved, and make sure we were in good shape. This was EXTREMELY appreciated after the feeling of neglect we felt from the previous business after 4 days of cold.

We had a gate valve and pressure release valve that needed to be repaired immediately, but live in a condo with a shared main water meter. You receive text reminders about your appointment and when your tech is on their way, with a picture of the tech and a map that allows you track them.
